Great explanations as per usual! Keep it rolling! Great job!
thank you for watching!
Sha’Carri is our Solid Golden Gal, go get that gold chica baby! it’s yours for the taking! 🇺🇸💋♥️🤍💙💋🇺🇸 🥇🥇🥇

Stupidity is hallmark of officials in sports , minly becuase most of them.come from sports background themselves with less literacy, less education etc a less analytical, logical mind. Many of such rules have lead to.Injuries and loss of career for athletes Example the requirement to no cross the line after trhwoung the javelin - which is mindless rule, forces the athletes to stop his highly forward velocity motion with a jerk leading to severe stress on body , after he has thrown the javelin frok before the line how does it matter ifnhe keeps running and gradually stops thereby preventing injury . Another stupid ruke in long jump - take off only.from 8 -9 inches white board - it is so hard to break the last stride and hit the board - stupid rule Gve him a wide board and Let him jump freely and jist measure from where he has jumped , so easy in todays technology camera etc. So several such stupid rules endanger the health of athletes
Shecarri runs like a gazelle, but flo jo ran like a horse.
"smooth and relaxed" running a 5s 50 meter T_T
That’s Exactly what Chris Coleman did to himself during the Finals of the US Trials . . . . He stumbled the last 40m to the Finish line.
I think that spikes will always be necessary for top performances but maybe athletes should run less often in spiked shoes for training. And I think people should care more about running form as it not only improves the times but also keeps away from injuries which is the basis for a long and successful carrier.
@@Lotschi spiked shoes will be forgotten like a nightmare in several years
Do you think Sha’carri has better form than flo Jo or could surpass her records one day
she will surpass both 100m and 200m world records
@@TheWayToWin Bold predictions. She still has a long way to go, especially in the 200m.
Hell no
It seems that it is in fact not really clear what the best pacing strategy is. Warholm and Van Nieckerk going „stupid fast“, Ray Bejamin and Johnson more smoothly. How do Femke Bol and Sydney Mclaughlin-Levrone pace their races?
These were some amazing explanations!
Thank you, now I feel rewarded
He's right
marcel jacob's last coach was making him run with bands attached to both ankles in favor of rotation
Tebogo thoughts
Will you watch Jamaican trials? And do you think Shelly will be able to run faster than Shacarri world lead?
Of course, I will. Thanks for watching!

SHE... CARRI... LEGEND🎉🎉

And more gymnastics people would be doing the long jumping , because it's the same as the vaulting
Imagine seeing this technique in the triple jump. Besides that, maybe Simone Biles would jump 30 feet.
That's what Christian Coleman is doing and that's why he always gets caught. He loses his form every time unless he's just so far ahead that it doesn't matter.🤔

This is something interesting to ponder on.

These devils always want to doubt our skills and make excuses.... like the wind helped Flo-Jo, aliens built the pyramids, and anything else to try to knock us down!!!!

She's never gonna touch that record
I agree, touching isn't enough to break it. She will hammer it into pieces.

What he is saying about her leg positioning and foot fall is what i've been noticing. He just put it in words lol
convincing evidence of the crosswind during the race - ruclips.net/video/OAtMdtmza1w/видео.html
The wind gauge read not only 0, but 0.00, on only her heat and one other. The rest of the heats that day had 3,4,5+ tailwinds. But i know you also say that tailwind doesnt help in sprinting so its pretty hard to reason with.
That's right, even if the tailwind had been +7 meters per second, it wouldn't have made any difference. But there was no tailwind, and if you don't trust your eyes looking at the crosswind during the race, then the official wind readings will not convince you, even if they correspond to flag fluctuations.
They also don't believe doping helps lol. All them sprinters just did it for fun.
@@XDF745 We are not saying that doping doesn't help, we are saying that it doesn't make anyone faster. We might reconsider our opinion if you give at least one example of someone who ran faster on doping at the elite level.
@@XDF745 what does doping do? How does it help a sprinter go faster?
Only twice? I wonder if that’s the reason they don’t just the wind reading of the day instead of race to race? It’s almost like wind isn’t something that changes, for all you know a hurricane doesn’t have an eye. Once you said twice you should have stopped.
Make a video about Quincy Wilson and Christian Miller
And the US trials 100m final
Why? Did he make one on Steve Lewis? Did he make a video on Darrel Brown?
@@Hengel_Andrews because there's no point in making a video about them. Extremely gifted, no running skills.
